Landscaping: Design and installation of garden features.
Planting: Selection and placement of plants and trees.
Pruning: Trimming and shaping of plants for optimal growth.

2. Payment Terms

All services rendered are subject to the payment terms outlined in the service contract. Payments are due by the agreed-upon dates, and late payments may incur additional charges.

2.1 Pricing

Fixed Rates: Some services may be offered at a fixed rate.
Hourly Rates: Other services may be billed hourly.
Material Costs: Costs for plants, materials, and equipment are additional and will be communicated beforehand.

2.2 Invoicing

Invoices will be issued monthly or upon completion of specific projects, as agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cheque.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Refunds will be processed based on the amount of service already provided and any materials purchased.

3.1 Cancellation Fees

Within 48 Hours: A cancellation fee may apply.
After Service Commencement: Full charges may apply if services have already begun.

4. Liability and Insurance

We carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during service delivery. However, clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is safe and free from hazards.

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Access: Ensure that our team has access to the property during scheduled service times.
Property Condition: Remove any valuables or fragile items from the service area.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the size, condition, and specific needs of their gardens. Clear communication is essential for the successful delivery of services.

5.1 Providing Information

Garden Layout: Provide current maps or descriptions.
Plant Preferences: Specify any preferences or restrictions on plant types.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hounslow.
